What is the IB Diploma Programme (DP)?
The Diploma Programme (DP) is designed for students aged 16 to 19. It provides a comprehensive and balanced education that develops students intellectually, emotionally, ethically, and socially. The DP emphasizes academic challenge while also nurturing skills essential for lifelong learning, including critical thinking, research, and intercultural understanding.
The DP is recognized by leading universities around the world and is considered one of the best preparations for higher education. It builds upon the knowledge, skills, and attitudes developed in the IB Middle Years Programme (MYP) and serves as a pathway to both university study and future careers.
